Razr V3 to iphone 3gs?

I have unlimited data plan for non smart phones which is like 15-20 dollars, i know i have to change my data plan but do i have to change anything else? And also would the 200mb plan be enough? (All i would use it for is the watch a few youtube videos and email) would att charge me activation or anything on a used iphone 3gs? And would it in anyway violate my 2 year contract?
