Raw or cooked meat for dogs?

My dogs go to obedience classes once a week and I usually pull some sausage out of the freezer for them.

I was given a bag of raw beef (all the fatty bits) to give to the dogs. I was going to chop it up and freeze it. Would it be better to cook it first or is it fine to be frozen in the little raw cubes it's in?
These dogs eat meat all the time. It's not like they're not used to it.

Sorry James but I see hundreds of dogs brought up on a raw diet and all fit healthy ones at that.

It simply isn't true that a domestic dog's stomach has adapted to be fed kibble as such.

It is true that an adult fed on kibble has adapted to kibble and the stomach would now need adjustment to go back to raw. But it is still healthier to do so and not live on kibble for the rest of its life.

nah its fine, but chicken necks are alot better for them.
but NEVER feed them cocked bones!!!
they can have raw bones but not cooked.
because when bones are cooked it makes it a lot easier for them to get stuck in there throat
