Doesit Matter

ok so i started a raw food diet in hopes to become more healthy and lose weight but its been over 2 weeks and now im finding that i really am eating the same stuff and its getting boring .. not only that but its almost impossible for me to eat over 500 calories ( i never was a huge eater) i try to snack as much as i can and i drink lots of water. when i look up the calories i get scared because it seems crazy. i eat raw fruits vegtables and nuts and seeds. i dont tend to eat so many fruits because im eating lots and lots of greens. should i be worried about calories or should i look at what and how many vitamins i need such as a,c, protein ect more..please help
