My friend recently started the 'Raw' diet, and is kind of jamming it down our throats. Now, I understand that eating only fruits, vegetables, etc. that haven't been cooked can improve your diet, but she keeps lecturing my other friends and I about how "All cooked foods are bad for you.", even though we've told her to stop multiple times. She's very stubborn.
I'm asking for a list of healthy, cooked foods that are definitely good for you. Keep in mind that she's including bread in her little category of unhealthiness. I really just want to shut her up ;]
