Rattling sound during acceleration on Mazda Protege?

I have a 1999 Mazda Protege with 116,000 miles that has just started making a rattling sound when accelerating only when the engine is warm. Sounds like "dice or marbles rattling in a plastic container". No warning lights are lit. Any thoughts on what this might be?
 
1 look at heat shields on exaust system and cat converter...very common..
2 tune up..ever been tuned ...with 116K miles if never dont DO IT
