Rat wildlife sanctuary?

I curretly have a rat that is ferile, and I suspect her to be half wild. She, Adreanna, has come around to me a bit, and I fixed her foot but she seems scared and is rather aggressive toward people. I was wondering if there might be a wildlife sanctuary in or around BC that could take her if she does't come around within a few months. She just seems to have such wild genes. I think that she would be happier in the wild than in a cage to be honest, no matter how much attenion I give her.
 
since she has been raised in captivity, she should not be released to the wild. Try regular rat taming techniques. Why do you think she is half-wild?
