Hey YA! i have some sort of rash or dots on my upper arm like between the elbow & shoulder their like dots . i used to think i had them cause i was cold but no ive had them since like i was little & well usually both my arms have the same amount but excpet right now i scratched my left one real hard & they werent itchy at all i just scratched them for fun & now their red & kind of bleeding almost nothing. can someone tell me what this is ?
