A few months ago, I noticed some red spots showing up on my inner thighs. They itch sometimes. Some are big, some are small. They seem to be turning into scars. Some are kind of like a pimple but don't pop. A few days ago a rash started right below them. It is red and bumpy. This rash has now spread to my upper arms, elbows, and hips. Anyone know what it could be?
