Rash on my wrists and arms?

I have recently gotten a rash on the wrist of my left hand, it has alot of little red dots but doesn't itch unless I scratch it. Alot of other dots are starting to pop up on both arms not just the wrists. I'm wondering what this could be and what I could do to treat it?
