Rarely eating and smoking,, how can i still live after so long without eatin?

i can eat unless i smoke after wards only but now that i have a smoke i cant eat wtf i eat really little or at all i only drink juice and smoke must days but very few days out of the week i eat this cant be a syptom of anorexia cause thats only if u have a fear of gainin weight i was never fat even tho i want to be but i cant gain weight even if i try to eat so much wtf kinda disorder is this? my body doesnt even want nothin to eat for a few days but i can smoke and drink juice without even bein hungry
