Rare corvette, 1983? car help?

I found a Corvatte in a barn in St. Louis. The vin is 1983 and all numbers match. I KNOW THAT THERE WERE 43 VETTES MADE.AND ALL BUT ONE "DESTROYED". So don't give me that, I knoe my car history. What do yoy think and whar should I do. Buy it for 600? Its complete and runs just needs tires/paint, mimor resto
