Rar file parts failing to extract into mdf/iso image file.?

I have some files split up into parts, and although they're normally recognized and extracted perfectly, it isn't so this time Here's my exact situation:

I'm using windows, because wine, on linux, isn't compatable with the program I'm trying to run(Japanese visual novel)

I've a .rar file split up into 8 parts I downloaded off some file-sharing sites. I finished the download, and opened the first part.

This takes me to a folder, where inside I don't see just 1 final .rar of the 8 combined parts, but 3!!!

I don't get how those 8 parts got combined into 3, but winrar wont recognize those 3 as one whole, so when I extract part one, it prompts me to extract the next part.

This is where I'm stuck. Nowhere can I select part 2 of these 3 files, because I only have the 8 original parts, and it doesn't group them into those 3 combined ones when I select it. They aren't stored under temp. files either, because winrar doesn't extract anything when it gives me the 3 rars, so I'm not sure where they're coming from >.<
