Raptors HD Q

Question for long time Bell subs regarding the Raptors HD feed.
I previously had all the SD sports themes as well as the HD

I am positive that I saw Raptors HD was included (I think sports 2 or something) but Bell claims that the Raptors channel is an additional cost

Was Raptors HD ever in a package or am I imagining it?
 
if you have self serve set-up online you can add it there yourself... its free if you subscribe to the SD channel
 
Thats what I thought (it was free) but the online Bell.ca shows a charge...

I have sub to every theme pack & every HD theme pack so I thought it odd the 1 channel didnt work
