Okay... I was just wondering how this guy with a criminal record of child molestation, etc. can get 1 year in jail only for raping a 4 year old girl. I mean sorry but I seriously think we need to neuter (surgically remove their testicle) all child molester. Why is this not being performed??? This will make men sterilize and not make them have sexual arousal. I mean once a child molester, always one!
