RANTING @ him, or being SILENT----which hurts more??! ?

A guy broke my heart, left me for another girl.

He wrote a note saying that hes sorry and he deserves to be hated but he used me.

I was wondering---should i write to him that hes a liar and a bad person, or does ignoring him, being quiet, and pretending im good confuse/hurt him more???
 
dont give in and its hard but in front of him act like its no big deal because that will get to him
 
I you think venting will help you, do it, but then forget him. Sometimes venting does help, but move on after it, don't hold on to the hurt for long.
