From time to time I get these extremely sharp shooting pains on the bottom of my right foot. Like someone is stabbing needles into my sole between my ball and the heel. Out of the blue, and I cannot figure out if there is anything I am doing to aggravate it. I have a back injury, and thought it was related to that until I saw an ad for a Diabetic nerve pain relief and the foot was about to step on tacks. YIKES! Is it one or the other or both? I have an appointment to see Dr. end of month. Would like to have an idea of what I might be dealing with BEFORE I go.
