Hi all,
I have been experiencing very quick but fairly intense pains in the center of my chest. They seem to be fairly random but will happen maybe once every other day. It only happens once. It shoots in my back and on top of my chest. When it does happen, my body completely freezes up. After wards I get a feeling of my chest cramping or discomfort. I am 22 yrs old. Pretty Athletic and Healthy. I just want some opinions. I run 2 miles everyday for 5 days. I would think my heart is in good shape.
