random question related to physics?

i was watching "the invisible world" in bbc where it showed how a lizard could stick to the wall coz of the huge surface area provided in a molecular scale by their legs. so heres what i was thinking.
is it possible for a super dense object to exist which is about the size of a football but has more mass than the earth? if so then what are the chances that the whole universe is moving in orbit to such an item and we dont even know about it coz we cant see the object and the orbit is too huge to notice.

i always have a lot of random usless theories popping up in my mind and i have no one to tell it to. plz let me know if u guyz know about a better place where i can post my such thoughts.
btw im not an expert on physics so pardon me if my theories are beyond shit.
