Random Pain in Arch of Right Foot What is It?

Its a random pain that just spurs on me and is painful for like 30 seconds and then ceases. It has been happening like once a day i think it happens when my foot is elevated...

Yeah I get it aswell. It's quite painful. is it in the dip of your right foot?
