Random girls saying strange things to me?

I'm 13 years old, and recently almost every time I go into public, some random girl will say something like: "I love you!" "marry me!" etc. A couple of times I've had girls try to touch my hair then run off. The last time it happened i was ice skating with my gf, then took a break and sat down, when some random girls skated by shouting: "your hot!" This is getting really annoying and I have no idea what its about. I'd really like to know what they mean. does it just mean what it means? Are they just stupid jokes? & thanks for the help
