Random erection during gym class ?

hi so i am 16 years old and during gym class i keep on having random erection i can not con troll it i mean it embarrassing especially with girls they look at me and start laughing one time my coach called me up and could see her nipples threw her shirt i got a raging boner and she told me to leave the room so i can calm down what should i do
