Random car in my driveway. How to ask them to leave!!?

Well I'm here at home with my little sister. My mom and stepdad went out for the evening, so it's just me and her. My sister just told me there was someone in our driveway. I looked too, and we don't know the person, he's just sitting in his car. Kind of creepy...well I just tried calling my mom & stepdad to see if anyone was coming over, but they didn't pick up so I left a message. Well now I'm a little on the creeped out side, and just want the guy to leave. But I can't think of a way to confront him or even ask him to leave. What's the best way to do it?
Well that wasn't what I was going for, but am I supposed to call a certain number for that or 911?
 
Do not go out and approach him. Call the police and tell them that you're currently in a house with no adults, there is a stranger parked on your driveway and is not leaving. There is a man inside and looks suspicious. In the mean time keep calling your parents, lock all of your doors and do not talk to this man, even if he rings the doorbell.

That man is on your public property so it's ok to call the police.
