ran a 1996 acura integra without oil?

I ran my car out of oil due to the old oil filter gasket remaining on the block and I putting a new filter over it. The car seized after driving about a mile. After I corrected the oil filter, the car sounded the same as ever and ran the same. I then replaced the bearings (both rod and main) and the car sounds the same as it always did. The crankshaft is ok and after I plastigauged the main bearing clearances, they were fine. Might I be ok? Should I check other things?
 
running a car out of oil is never good on the engine, but you have done great to repail this. I don't think you will have any more problems, but keek in the back of your mind that this happened so if you ever do have another problem, you know why. I would also change the oil again and use a good filter. Go to advance auto parts and ask them what the best filter is and get the next one down.I would use the Mobil 1 filter or the purilator pure one.
