I have an email transcription between me and a person. (2 emails from me and the other person)
We are discussing the removal of possible copyrighted and potentially ethical content from my website in regards to the other party's business. The ethical content is of a social nature, and not criminal or detrimental to business in any way. There are no other people mentioned in the email exchange.
I will eventually remove all copyright and ethical content over the next week (24 hours is impossible), but personal non-defamatory opinions regarding the persons company will stay on the website, which I am sure is perfectly legal.
Can I publish this email exchange on my website without consent? I am pretty sure the other persons' own emails would make them look like an aggressive, short tempered, online bully. It is their own words used against them self.
The emails would be published in full, without editing, for transparency.
