Face it, medicine, surgery, implants, we are all changing Allah's creation. A deaf child may get a cochlea implant to hear, but she's changing Allah's creation. A major depressive (like myself) may take anti depressants to effect the serotonin levels in her brain, but shes changing Allah's creation.
But for some reason a person diagnosed with Gender Identity Disorder, which is a mental disorder just like Major Depression and Scizophrenia (as of now, new evidence is showing that transsexualism is an intersex condition) may not take hormones to treat their mental disorder.
