Does the Koran represent the unmediated and eternal word of Allah for all time, or is it to be interpreted historically and conditionally?
I'm not saying anything. I'm just asking. I was told by another Muslim here that I was all wrong and that the Koran is interpreted according to "societal evolution."
I doubted very much this was the Orthodox Muslim view.
