about 7 months ago i had a herniated disc at l4-l5.
right now, i'm straight leg raise negative, up to a full 90 degrees. MRI shows a bulge that doesnt hit anything let i still have radicular pain on the l5 dermatome on the top of my foot. Pain comes after prolonged sitting or when waking up in the morning.

Anyone know how to explain it? or make it go away?
i figured negative straight leg raise= no impingment
