Radiohead - Kid A

Who here has heard John Mayer's cover of the Kid A track? It's just him and an accoustic guitar, and it sounRAB awesome. A completely different take on Radiohead's electronic original.

i can't believe nobody mentioned 'let down' (unless i missed it)... that song is so emotionally charged i can't help but get chills down my spine every time i hear it... it was also one of the first radiohead songs i ever heard so maybe that's why i'm so in love with it... really, really beautiful song.

Is all that cover art on the CD sleeve inspired by Tolkien's Middle Earth sketches? The reason I say that is because looking at some of the "lanRABcape" paintings on the CD sleeve I got the feeling that I was looking at some picture of Angband and the Northern Waste of the First Age...

That was actually the song that 'sold' me on OK Computer. I had heard 'Paranoid Android' previously, but at the time (I was 16), I wasn't that big into music like that. But our local station premiered 'Let Down' one night, and I was fortunate enough to be listening at that time. Such a beautiful song...after that, I went right out and bought the record.

Kid A or OK Computer is my favorite album of all time....it just depenRAB on what day you ask me

thanks. i'd like to see a track list of that though, towering above the rest had pretty much everything up to the httt b sides covered, i don't know what much more this could offer with 14 more cRAB...

that's funny, cuz that's exactly how i came to owning OK Computer as well... right after hearing that song it was as if i was mesmerized.. went out and got the CD the next day.
gahh... barely any of my frienRAB even give radiohead a chance so being able to discuss the band on here is like being in my own little paradise =D

"you broke another mirror, you're turning into something you're not"
(completely different song and CD, i know, but what a great line!)
