Radio ground wire for 2000 Chrysler Cirrus?

I have a 2000 Chrysler Cirrus and I am trying to install a new radio in it. So far everything is going good, except I cant find the ground wire for the old radio. There are three connections to the back of the stock radio, two wiring harness and the antenna. The labels for the wire harness do not list a ground wire. Also, I cant find a reasonable spot on the chassis to connect the ground wire to for the new stereo. Anyone know of a reasonable solution to ground the stereo with out ripping the entire front end of my car apart
 
well did you cut the factory harness because they sell wire kits vehicle specific and that's the way to go but if you did you can usually just use any small bolt in the dash
