Accidents that would mangle the body of an average person in a street car seem to be survived all the time by race car drivers in their custom cars, is it simply a matter of money that we don't have these safety features in our cars and on our roads and guard rails? Hell, a lot of REALLY dangerous roads don't even have guard rails, if your tire barly goes over the edge you end up falling down the mountain or off of the bridge! Sometimes I wonder just what in the hell these overpaid civil engineers were smoking when they designed our infrastructure! No emergency lanes on big bridges, I mean come on!
