Rabbit building another nest?

My rabbit had four kits which are 9 weeks now, I went into put them in their run and there is another nest full of fur. My male was neutered while she was pregnant with this litter but she has been in contact with him a lot. Has anyone had any experience with this before? Im thinking it could be a false pregnancy or the male has not been properly neutered, any ideas?
