R4DS SDHC Game Loading Problem?

My R4DS SDHC has problem with loading games that are 256MB or more.
When I press A, the "loading game" bar does not move.

Games include
Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days
Love Plus
Love Plus +

Other games that are less than 256MB works fine.

If I need to update my firmware, a link to that would be awesome.
