R U losing Texts too??

My roommate and I both have TMO (him sidekick, me 8320) and both of us are not getting all of our texts. Anyone else having issues? We're in North Cali. We're hoping its the service and not our phones! (For the record I have resent my service books )
 
are you sure you are not getting them? Or are they disapearing? if your texts and call logs vanish you have a memory problem and need to try and keep it as clean as you can.
 
It's both. My texts did disappear so I deleted some things and fixed that. However people are saying they have text me yet I've never received them. A friend of mine says it may be because I am out of tmo range at home and don't realize it because I'm hooked up with my home wifi. The texts run thru tmo and may not be coming thru because I'm out of range(I live in a condo.) I stay in my tmo "service spot" at home and it's been working somewhat better.
 
Well the problem is your in north Carolina. I'm not sure if you are pulling off TMobile service at all. If you aren't. Its because you are roaming on another carriers network. Iqent to northwest Arkansas and roamed off AT&T and a regional carrier. I had great reception but I would miss out on some of my messages or get them a day later. Its because your not using tmobiles netwo. If you are utilizing t-mobiles network then your are probably in a low service area which means coverage will not be as reliable. ~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~

Have you installed the latest os, connected your BB to desktop manager and ran app loader?

The BB's are being released with slow but annoying memory leaks that will mostly affect your call logs and sms logs.
 
I don't know why I said north Carolina sorry. But where are you lobsted in norther cali. I jobw in some area up thee its spotty. Or if you want go to T-Mobile.com. And click on check your coverage. And type in your address. If its anything lower than 2 bars that may be the problem. ~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~
