are all made of stardust? The concept is that early stars were larger and hotter, and fusion within them created oxygen and calcium and iron and lithium and aluminum and sodium and nitrogen.... Anyway, those early stars burned brightly for a while and then exploded into supernovae, spreading new elements far and wide. Then, second generation stars formed around eddies in the gravitational fields, and planets formed around the stars and every molecule and atom in that new solar system came from the ashes (stardust) of a dying star?
