I hope to be able to express why this caught my attention, but I'm more interested in hearing R&Ps views on this matter. Principal Jeff Henderson said in a statement that Martinsville townsfolk complained that while the words to the anthem were the same, the tune was unrecognizable and disrespectful to current and former members of the military. I relate because while I'm known for being an inspiring speaker, it seems to rub certain people the wrong way because I'm not "serious" enough.. They said the same thing about Marvin Gaye
