The end of another month, I like to ask, as I've done for some time now, what's happening on the local music scene in your area..anything, have you, or will you be attending a concert, is there a local musician/band, you'd like to tell us about?...just about anything goes.

BQ: February 29th comes around every four years; a friend of mine, who was born on Feb. 29, throws a big party for himself, once, every four years. What is something that you do, or think should be done, only once, every four years?
