QWERTY or Suretype, email client, works with T-Zones, that's it! any phone?

My company pays for the service(Tmobile + T-Zones), i can't ask my manager to approve a BlackBerry device because only managers can have it.

so i am stuck with a so called T-Zones Pro plan. i'd like to have a phone with:
1. Email client( check email via pop3 because T-zones pro can access my exchange inbox, and i can access t-zones email via pop3)
2. Keyboard(either QWERTY or SureType)

that's it! anyone could advise on this? thanks a lot
