I might have a judgement against me which the county clerk told me their was nothing in my property deed. Is it legal to file a quitclaim deed of my property over to my heirs?

You can try, but it probably won't fly. Creditors are wise to that, and it will probably be overturned.

Any such attempt to 'hide assets' will be overturned by the courts. It's been tried time and time again without success.
