Quicker reacting dirt bike throttle for a yamaha yz250f?

I have a 2009 Yamaha YZ250F dirt bike. My problem is to get the bike to run full throttle i have to twist the throttle a little more then 50%. I would like the bike to be running at full throttle by only twisting the throttle somewhere between 25%-50%. A couple of people told me to get a "quarter throttle" however i cant seem to find one, if there even is such a thing. Any suggestions? thanks
