Quick sharp pains in shoulder??

That's right! Another question!

Okay, this happens every so often, if I move my arm sometimes I get a very sharp pain. Once, I was downstairs at about 2am with my brother was on the computer, I got this pain suddenly and jumped about two feet in the year and said a word that no good person should say!!

It's fine almost all the time, but it's just every so often this happens. I can't remember ever doing anything to my shoulder... but it is always the shoulder I carry my bag on for college and school, and they can heavy! So could this have affected it??

Even young children, a report shows, are seeing a dramatic increase in shoulder injuries from backpacks that are too heavy.

They advise getting one with very wide straps to even out the pressure on the shoulders (yes arm pain can come from nerves that are pinched in the neck and shoulder) and one that is carried very close to the body with no gap from the back for more stabilization of the weight.

Go through your backpack and make sure everything in there is something you actually need to have with you. Some books may be best left at home for the day or in a locker.

After lightening your load for a while, see if this resolves on its own. You may need to see a doctor if it does not.

I hope all the best for you!
