Hello,

I was just wondering if I would be violating any laws or anything of that nature if I activated 2 plans on two different carriers

You can have as many plans on as many different carriers as for which you can qualify and for which you can pay.

It would help if you gave the subject of inquiry in the title of your message rather than something general such as "Quick Question." Potential responders will then know if they can answer your question without having to open it first.
