QUICK QUESTION!! is he SERIOUS or JOKING?!?

(hes confident, jokey, older flirty type) called me beautiful.. jokingly asks for my #, if i want to go to the movies, remembers things i said in previous conv.. n today came upto me and said "lemme tell you a secret" got up close to my ear and said "you- r so gorgeouss" i couldn't tell if he was joking/ he only flirts with me when were alone but when other employees are around he doesnt..i just feel like hes a player..one girl at work came upto me n said" i think he likes you he brought you up i conversation n said shes my girll "..n yest. a co-worker came upto us n said "will u both stop flirting with each other" idk what to think ..he also jokes.flirts with other girls but never says things like that to them..how do i kno hes interested? or just joking?
 
haha wow I have a similar issue. this guy who was a player use to always compliment me and try to put his arm around me and i could never tell if he was serious or joking. I would give him a dirty look and he would be like "Im serious" but I took it as he was joking so I got angry and told him to stop but i think now he was and i feel bad for bitching him out. But anyways it sounds like he does like you so if you like him, mabey you two can go out or somthing. Next time he asks for your phone number, give it to him
