Quick Install failing

Quick Install v1.1.1 rejects addition of any file to either device or card window. No error message is given, just the universal No-Go symbol (circle with diagonal line).
But Install via Palm Desktop v6.2.2 works fine.
Running Win XP Pro SP3.

Device is Palm TX.
 
If you are using Palm desktop 6.2, you will need to use the install tool in Palm desktop 6.2. Quick install was used for previous versions of Palm desktop and is not supported when using Palm desktop 6.2.

This is probably why you are getting the error. The conduit for Quick install is not available.
