Quick! How To Clean Bronze / Marble Sculpture?

I have a bronze sculpture with a marble base and it's filthy from neglect. It doesn't have any "patina" (Green oxidized accents) it's polished smooth.

The problem is it's been sitting uncleaned for years and the collected dust has been turned into caked on gunk from general humidity.

It also has fly specks.

It has a lot of contours and crevices so I don't know if it's ok to get it wet or not ?

My thought was to just put it in the sink and scrub with a soft brush, but I don't know anything about bronze or marble and if this is a good idea or not.

I'm in a crunch and don't have time to run to a store; I've heard there may be a salt/vinegar solution for bronze, but I don't know the portions or how exactly to use it?

Since it has a very smooth finish I need to be careful about abrasive ingredients...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank You!
