quick how much are rims and tires worth of a 1994 ford mustang ?

i am looking into buying rims off a 1994 ford mustang for my ford ranger same year yes they fit. the person told me 500.00 and i came back at 400.00 and really dont want to pay much more. he said that if i gave him the catalitic converter and the 400.00 which would add up to 450.00 and i could pay the rest to him when i get it. i really dont want to pay this much help
