H Hardy New member Apr 18, 2010 #1 If i did a leg workout on friday, and today's sunday, can i do lower body plyometrics and hill sprints today if my legs are still sore. I took saturday off, but i want to make sure i wouldnt be overworking my legs or anything. Thanks
