Questions to ask when looking into buying a business?

I am looking into buying a business, it is mainly leather repair and custom work with some sales of products, I am wondering if someone could help me out with what questions I should ask as I do not want to go back 6 or 8 times because I forgot to ask something important?

I've got::
gross and net income
income division (sales vs. repairs vs. custom)
taxes
suppliers costs and how much that tends to inflate annually
location security
asking price
