Questions regarding the MABC - 2 (Movement Assessment Battery Children) test?

My 6 yr old is a bright, intelligent child but has some motor skill issues due to the fact he has hyper-mobile joints (double - jointed).
He was referred to an occupational therapist who has put him through the MABC - 2 test and I'm now told is in the 50th percentile for his age.
He will be getting custom made orthopedics to help with his feet/ankle issues and I have been given an exhaustive list of exercises to help strengthen his core, neck, arm, wrist muscles.
I have been given a written report with the results of the MABC test and it tells me the percentile my child is at for each section and how they came to that conclusion.
I am aware of what my child can do physically but need a little help understanding the percentile grading.
Thing is, if I was looking at a growth chart I could clearly see which percentile an average child should be and be able to see if he was behind for his age group but I cannot find a chart or anything to show results for the MABC test.
I'm a little confused by the overall 50th percentile grading (some sections of the test he was only in the 2nd percentile) and have been searching for answers.
Do I assume the percentile chart is a maximum of 100?
Does anyone know if there is a chart or graph anywhere that shows the range of results against normal movement?
