I have twelve pages of questions >.> Any help is appreciated.

T/F: John Hancock was elected president in 1785 but never did show up to take office.
1. Can the courts declare acts of the government to be in violation of the constitution and therefore void? Do all federal courts possess this power or only the Supreme Court?
2. Can the President fire any or all officers of the executive branch?
3. Can the president influence the content of legislation before it is submitted for his signature?
4. How can the Supreme Court's interpretation of the constitution be altered?
5. Do the courts have any authority over the behavior of the president? Does the constitution mention any such power?
6. What authority does Congress have over lower (inferior) federal courts?
