Questions on PPC 6700

I was thinking about getting the PPC 6700. I would just like to ask, would i need a plan from telus or something to use the free internet, or could i just connect it to my router wirelessly and use free internet like that? Also if i wanted MSN Messenger, would i have to pay for it or would i be able to get it for free?
 
Yes you can have access to the internet free through your router. As for MSN messenger, it is already included with the PPC6700.

If you want to have access to the internet on the road, then you would have to subscribe to a data plan.
